Vegan Broccoli Rice Slaw


  • 1 package Cece Veggie Co Organic Broccoli Rice
  • 1⁄2 cup red onions, finely diced
  • 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1⁄2 cup Follow Your Heart Veganaise
  • 1⁄4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine vinegar and lemon juice together. Toss in broccoli rice and let sit for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and combine well.
  3. Serve right away or place in fridge until ready to be eaten. Enjoy!
