Buffalo Cauli Tacos


  • 1 (13-ounce) package Cece’s® Veggie Co. Buffal Cauli
  • 8 taco-sized corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw
  • 1 avocado pitted and diced
  • Vegan ranch to taste
  • Chopped cilantro (optional)


  1. Prepare Buffalo Cauli according to package instructions.
  2. Toss the slaw in 2-3 tablespoons vegan ranch until it is lightly coated.
  3. Warm tortillas over the stove until slightly browned on each side.
  4. Fill each tortilla with slaw, cauliflower, a drizzle of ranch, avocado, and cilantro. Enjoy!
