Butternut Squash Noodle Alfredo with Brussels Sprouts & Bacon

Butternut Squash Noodles with Alfredo, Brussels Sprouts, & Bacon
Ingredients

1 package Cece’s Veggie Co. Butternut Squash Noodles
1/2 jar Primal Kitchen Alfredo
4 strips Applegate Naturals® No Sugar Bacon
1/2 lb organic brussel sprouts
Primal KitchenAvocado Oil
Salt/Pepper
Orangic Italian Parsley

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Heat cast iron pan on medium high
  2. Cut bacon into 1/2 strips, and add to pan
  3. Cook about 8 min; stirring occasionally (or until desired crispness)
  4. Chop brussels roughly and add to bacon.
  5. Add 1 Tbl. Avocado Oil, and toss then season with salt and pepper to taste
  6. Cook 8-10 min; stirring occasionally
  7. Remove from pan
  8. Turn heat down to medium and place pan back on the burner
  9. Add butternut squash noodlesAdd half jar of alfredo sauce
  10. Season with salt and pepper then simmer; stirring occasionally–about 8 min (or until desired tenderness)
  11. Add in bacon and brussels and toss to coat
  12. Top with fresh chopped italian parsley
