1 pack of Cece’s® Veggie Co. Riced Organic Broccoli
1/3 cup dairy or vegan butter
1 Tbsp brown sugar (sub with coconut sugar if paleo)
3 Tbsp soy sauce (use tamari if gluten free)
2 tsp white vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lemon + 1 lemon wedge
1/3 cup chopped salted cashews
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- Melt butter in large skillet at medium heat, then mix in brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and lemon juice.
- When sugar has dissolved, add Cece’s organic riced broccoli and sauté for 6-8 minutes.
- Once riced broccoli has reached desired softness, mix in cashews. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with lemon wedge and green onions and enjoy!
