Cashew Riced Broccoli with Garlic Lemon Butter


1 pack of Cece’s® Veggie Co. Riced Organic Broccoli
1/3 cup butter
1 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp soy sauce (use tamari if gluten free)
2 tsp white vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup chopped salted cashews

How To:

  1. Melt butter in large skillet at medium heat, then mix in brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and lemon juice. 
  2. When sugar has dissolved, add Cece’s organic riced broccoli and sauté for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Once riced broccoli has reached desired softness, mix in cashews. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
