Garlicky Cilantro Lime Broccoli Rice

Ingredients:

1 pack of Cece’s® Veggie Co. Riced Organic Broccoli
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime
2 Tbsp cilantro, minced
1 avocado, diced
1 egg

How To:

  1. Warm skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil and onions and cook until translucent.
  2. Stir in garlic and Cece’s organic riced broccoli, cover, and reduce heat to low for 6-8 minutes.
  3. When desired softness is reached, stir in lime juice and cilantro and remove from heat.
  4. Top with diced avocado and a sunny side up egg. Salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
