1 pack of Cece’s® Veggie Co. Noodled Organic White Sweet Potatoes
1 Tbsp avocado oil
1 lb fully-cooked sausage
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups kale, stems removed then chopped into bite-size pieces
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove sausage from casing and add to skillet with the onions.
- Brown until sausage is heated through and onions are soft.
- Add Cece’s organic white sweet potato noodles, kale, red bell pepper, and garlic to skillet. Sauté until veggies are softened to desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
