MEDITERRANEAN ZOODLE SALAD

Ingredients:

Cece’s Veggie Co. Organic Noodled Zucchini
1 cup pepperoncini, chopped
1/2 cup kalamata olives, sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup Tessemae’s Organic Lemon Garlic Dressing
salt & pepper to taste
fresh dill, for garnish

How To:

  1. In a large serving bowl, combine Cece’s Veggie Co. Noodled Zucchini, pepperoncini, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and cucumber.
  2. Add Tessemae’s Organic Lemon Garlic Dressing and toss well to coat all salad ingredients.
  3. Taste and add salt and pepper as desired. Garnish with chopped fresh dill to serve, and enjoy!
