MONGOLIAN BEEF & RICED BROCCOLI

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons Vital Farms Grass-Fed Pasture Raised Butter
10 oz. sirloin steak, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 Vital Farms Certified Humane No Bull egg
1 pack Cece’s Veggie Noodle Co. Organic Riced Broccoli
Red pepper flakes to taste

In a medium pan, melt 2 tbsps butter over medium-high heat. Place diced steak in the hot pan and cook until browned, 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. In the same buttery pan, add garlic and the rest of the butter. Stir constantly until fragrant. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes to desired spice level. Bring to a simmer and stir occasionally until the sauce thickens. Fold in Cece’s Veggie Noodle Co. Riced Broccoli and sauté for four to five minutes. Place the steak back into the pan and continue to sauté until Riced Broccoli is to desired texture. Top with a sunny side Vital Farms egg for a protein packed nutritious and delicious dish. Enjoy!
