1 pack of Cece’s® Veggie Co. Riced Organic Veggie Medley
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup yellow onion, diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
8 oz turkey sausage, sliced
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1/4 tsp cajun seasoning

How To:

  1. In a large skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil, garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
  2. Add turkey sausage and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in Cece’s organic veggie medley and continue to stir and sauté for another 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth, tomato paste and cajun seasoning and stir to combine. Remove from heat and cover for 3 minutes, allowing the jambalaya to thicken.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
