Plant-Based ‘Chicken Fried Cauliflower Rice’
Ingredients
1 (14 ounce) package
Cece’s® Veggie Co.’s Organic Riced Veggie Medley
1 (10 ounce) package
No Evil Food’s® Comrade Cluck
, chopped into pieces
2 tbsp
sesame oil
3
cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp
soy sauce (sub for tamari or coconut aminos for gluten-free)
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a large wok or skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant (30 seconds – 1 minute).
Add in riced veggie medley and saute until the cauliflower begins to soften, around 5-6 minutes.
Stir in plant-based chicken and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
Garnish with green onions, cashews, or sriracha hot sauce and enjoy!
