Plant-Based ‘Chicken Fried Cauliflower Rice’



  1. In a large wok or skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant (30 seconds – 1 minute).
  2. Add in riced veggie medley and saute until the cauliflower begins to soften, around 5-6 minutes.
  3. Stir in plant-based chicken and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Garnish with green onions, cashews, or sriracha hot sauce and enjoy!
