PROTEIN PACKED VEGAN PESTO ZOODLES

Ingredients:

1 bunch Swiss chard

1 small bunch of fresh basil

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup sunflower kernels, unsalted

Juice of a lemon

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp back pepper

2 garlic cloves

1/4 cup water

1 serving of Natural Citizen Organic Protein

How To:

Briefly wilt Swiss chard in a pan. Place in a blender and add in sunflower kernels, lemon, garlic cloves, water, basil, salt and pepper, and protein powder. While blending, slowly add in olive oil until a paste is form. Add more water or oil, if needed. Serve over sautéed Cece’s™ Veggie Co. Zucchini Spirals for a warm dish or over fresh Spirals for a nice chill slaw!
