SHRIMP BUTTERNUT SPIRALS

A noodlicious recipe for those nights you want a quick, yet fulfilling dinner!

INGREDIENTS

Shrimp

1 box of Cece’s™ Veggie Co. Butternut Spirals

Tomato Sauce

Spices

Peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, grill your shrimp on both sides until pink, about 1 minute. In a new pan, sauté noodles and add in your tomato sauce and seasoning for about 3-4 minutes. Plate and top with shrimp and toasted peanuts. Enjoy!
