Ingredients:
1/3 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter (We used HomePlate!)
1 tablespoon liquid aminos
1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Chili
1 Lime, juiced
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
3-4 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 packages of Cece’s™ Veggie Co. White Sweet Potato Spirals
How To:
In a large saucepan, saute Cece’s™ Veggie Co. White Sweet Potato Spirals with a small splash of olive oil, typically about five to six minutes. In a separate bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients to make the sauce. Once thoroughly mixed, add the sauce to the saucepan and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and separate into four bowls. Garnish with cilantro or green onion, and enjoy!
