Summer Squash Grillerz with Tzatziki Dip
Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) package
Summer Squash Grillerz
1 cup plain, unsweetened greek yogurt (sub
Kite Hill Greek Yogurt
for vegan or dairy-free version)
1 cucumber, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Prepare Summer Squash Grillerz according to package instructions.
Stir together yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh dill to serve, enjoy!
