Summer Squash Grillerz with Tzatziki Dip


  • 1 (12 ounce) package Summer Squash Grillerz
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened greek yogurt (sub Kite Hill Greek Yogurt for vegan or dairy-free version)
  • 1 cucumber, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Prepare Summer Squash Grillerz according to package instructions.
  2. Stir together yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Garnish with fresh dill to serve, enjoy!
