Summer Zucchini Spirals Slaw

INGREDIENTS
CECE’S™ VEGGIE CO. ZUCCHINI SPIRALS
PEDERSON’S FARMS BACON, CHOPPED
1 CARROT, JULIENNED
2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
1 TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
PEDERSON FARM’S BACON, CHOPPED

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. When ready, bake four strips of Pederson’s Farms Uncured No Sugar Hickory Smoked Bacon in the oven for eight minutes and broil for four minutes to get them nice and crispy. While the bacon is sizzling, place Cece’s™ Veggie Co. Zucchini Spirals and julienned carrots into a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the fridge for thirty minutes. When the bacon is ready, let cool and chop into bacon bits. Combine just before serving!
