That’s right. There is a new noodle in town and boy, oh boy, is it good and good for you too. That’s always a win-win in our recipe book. One of our favorite things about this healthier option is that you are not left hungry or feeling like you are depriving yourself. My other pet peeve about going for the healthier option is that you are usually left with something that would taste like wet cardboard. We obviously think taste and health should and could go together…ahem Hot Dang Burgers.
- Sweet Potato Noodles from Cece’s™ Veggie Co. (look for them in the produce section)
- Sliced Big Tex grilled and broken into pieces
- Parsley (garnish)
- Cutting Board
Pretty dang simple… Sauté everything with olive oil for 10 min. Garnish with parsley.
