THE COOLEST OF VEGGIE SLAWS

Ingredients:

1 pack of Cece’s® Veggie Co. Riced Organic Veggie Medley
3/4 cup Greek yogurt (try Kite Hill for a vegan/dairy-free option!)
3/4 cup Italian dressing
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1 tsp onion powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp fresh basil, chiffonaded

How To:

  1. In a large bowl, combine Cece’s organic riced veggie medley with all ingredients. Toss to fully coat and place in a sealed container.
  2. Let chill for 2 hours, then toss again before serving. Add salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
