Ingredients:
Cece’s Veggie Co. Organic Noodled Zucchini
4 cups watermelon, cubed
15 small mozzarella balls
1 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped (plus more for garnish)
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup Tessemae’s Organic Avocado Ranch Dressing
How To:
- In a large serving bowl, combine Cece’s Veggie Co. Noodled Zucchini, watermelon, mozzarella, and basil.
- In a small mixing bowl, add lemon juice and olive oil. Whisk to combine.
- Pour lemon/oil mixture over watermelon salad and toss to combine. Taste and add salt & pepper as desired.
- Top with Tessemae’s Organic Avocado Ranch and garnish with fresh basil to serve. Enjoy!
