Whole 30 Smoothie Bowl with Riced Cauliflower

Whole 30 Riced Cauliflower Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1/4 pack of Cece’s® Veggie Co. Riced Organic Cauliflower
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 Tbsp Georgia Grinders Almond Butter (or more, if you’re nutty!)
1 1/2 bananas (save the last 1/2 for garnish)
1 Medjool date, roughly chopped
1 cup spinach, torn

Optional garnishes:
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds
Slivered almonds
Dollop of nut butter
Sprinkle of riced cauliflower
Additional fruit (we added fresh blueberries and raspberries)

How To:

  1. Add all ingredients (except garnishes) to blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into bowl and top with desired garnishes. Enjoy!
