Cece’s Veggie Co. is proud to be a Whole30® partner, which means our lines of organic veggies have no preservatives, sugars, or hidden additives.

We’ve gathered our top tips and tricks to help you throughout the Whole30 program in this infographic.

Whole30 Tips & Tricks

Plan Ahead

One key to a successful Whole30 is to plan so that no obstacle comes as a surprise. Meal prep for busy weeks, keep snacks on hand for cravings and scope out restaurant menus ahead of time. Make a few of your recipes ahead of time so you have pre-made meals on hand for busy days. Joining a local group or finding a Whole30 coach can help provide support with meal planning, motivation, and accountability throughout the program.

Shop Smart

Do your research while shopping. Keep a grocery list of Whole30-approved foods on hand to make shopping a breeze. Look for clean protein, organic vegetables and fruits, and healthy fats as the foundation of your shopping list. When buying packaged foods, meats, and even veggies, read nutrition labels to weed out foods with hidden ingredients that are not Whole30 compliant. The majority of Cece’s products are an excellent fit for Whole30 because they contain only organic fresh veggies, with no added preservatives, sugars or salts.

Save Time

Try buying pre-cut veggies and Whole30 approved sauces and condiments to save time on cooking during your busy weeks. Cece’s makes meal prep easy with our pre-cut lines of spiralized veggie noodles, riced veggies, and more so you can save time on prep and clean-up. The Whole30 website has a list of Whole30-approved brands to add to your grocery list. You can find a list of all the Whole30-approved Cece’s Veggie Co. products here.

Try New Things

Whole30 is the perfect opportunity to discover new foods and recipes. By discovering new healthy meals, you can work them into your routine, even after the 30 days are over. This is a great way to reset your palette with real, whole foods and discover new recipes you can add to your daily routine. Here is a link to check out some of our favorite Whole30 recipes.

Don’t Think Of It As A Diet

Think of Whole30 as a healthy reset rather than a “diet”. Use it to cut out foods that cause unhealthy cravings and see how these foods affect your mood, energy, digestion, body composition, and more. By making fresh, whole foods the center of your plate, you’ll create new habits for healthy eating that will last long after the Whole30 program is over.

The Whole30 program’s mission is to help people look, feel and live better through eating whole and unprocessed foods, which aligns with Cece’s mission is to make it easier (and more fun!) for everyone to eat more vegetables.
